Relief Executive Housekeeper (m/f) for luxurious Cruise Line

We are currently looking for RELIEF EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER
to join a LUXURIOUS CRUISE LINE ASAP

? most distinguished passengers and longterm owners of private residences on board
? capacity of 300 passengers/residents at maximum
? 250 crew member
? Various facilities such as boutiques and athletic facilitie, gym and jogging track
? golf simulator, putting green
? casino
? five restaurants, several bar outlets
? on-board entertainment, library
? shore excursions

Main responsibilities:

? management of entire Housekeeping operation including training and staff scheduling
? reporting to General Manager , Hotel Operations Manager
? exceed resident and guest expactations of housekeeping service and overall cleanliness of the ship
? co-operating effectively with all shipboard and shore side departments
? assist the resident when needed
? ensure the company's strategic plan, audit sheets, goals and checklists are posted in all areas
? ensure that all housekeeping areas (including pantries and lockers) are maintained in accordance with company policy
? plan orders ofr the vessel based off the budgetary guidelines
? submit budget requests to the VP of Hotel Operations in a timely manner

Main requirements:

? minimum of five years experience as Executive Housekeeper on a luxury Cruise Line, Private Club, Boutique Hotel or Resort
? experience implementing new housekeeping concepts
? provide leadership
? excellent computer skills
? clear, concise written and verbal communication skills (English and other additional language)
? build morale and spirit
? excellent time management skills
? strong organizational skills
? ability to work long hours
? ability to live in close quarters
? ability to work 7 days a week
? use a ?hands-on? approach to training
? install a ?can-do? attitude in crew members
? passionate about hospitality and customer service driven
