Maitre D'Hotel
- College Degree/Diploma or Hotel Management School
- Experience as a Restaurant Manager or Restaurant General Manager with previous shipboard experience.
- Knowledge with the latest Health and Sanitation Regulations (USPH)
- Must be a great multitasker and desicion maker
- Food and beverage (F&B) knowledge with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform Customers and Staff.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software, like MXP.
- Knowledge in Financial Management skills
