Pure C

Pure C is a restaurant which is uniquely located in the dunes of Cadzand-Bad, overlooking the North Sea. The kitchen is run by chef Syrco Bakker, who formerly worked as a sous-chef in Michelin 3-star restaurant Oud Sluis.

Pure C is an ode to Zeeland and its rich produce and is led by following Sergio’s vision on a relaxed, yet professional fine dining atmosphere with sexy cocktails, enchanting food, great wines, good music and a wonderful vista over the soothing sea.

This restaurant dwells in the Strandhotel and is awarded with 2 Michelin stars and 17,5 out of 20 points in GaultMillau magazine.
