Rolling Pin, together with the 2-time bartender world champion Mario Hofferer, is looking for the most revolutionary bartender in Europe. The Rolling Pin.European Bartender Cup is a free competition and open to all professional bartenders (m/f). No official club membership is necessary for participation – rookies, but also the elite of the bar scene are very much welcome.
There are no requirements for the preparation/presentation of your drink – the motto is

As the motto says, there are no limits in your creativity. Mix your drink with the most modern/innovative techniques in combination with spices & other ingredients out of the kitchen. From the creation of drinks, unique infusions, latest preparation methods to the most creative ideas – everything is freely selectable. Take your drink in a new direction, present something unprecedented to the international jury and become the best bartender in Europe.
